Built right. Done right.

Your renovation, run like a real project.

Blue Sky manages home renovations across the Denver metro. We scope the work, bring in vetted and insured trades, keep the schedule and the budget honest, and stay your single point of contact until the last punch-list item is done.

You own the project. We run it.

We work as your owner's representative. Instead of juggling bids, schedules and a dozen phone numbers yourself, you get one team that manages the whole job on your behalf and answers to you.

The right trades, vetted

We source, vet and schedule every specialist your project needs, from electricians and tile setters to designers and engineers. Every trade we bring on carries insurance.

Money you can follow

Your project funds sit in a dedicated account, separate from our operating money. You see what each trade is paid and when, and our management fee is set out up front.

One person who picks up

You get regular updates and a direct line to the person running your job. Problems get flagged early, with options, before they turn into change orders.

Why hire an owner's rep?

Good contractors build. An owner's rep manages the whole project on your behalf. Here's how hiring Blue Sky differs from hiring a contractor directly.

QuestionHiring a contractorHiring Blue Sky
Who they work for Their own business. They deliver what's in their contract, priced to work for them. You. We act as your agent, and our job is to get you the best result for your budget.
Who does the work? Their crew or their subcontractors, working under the contractor's agreement. Insured trades we vet and schedule, contracted in your name so you know exactly who is in your home.
Where does your money go? Paid to the contractor, often with a deposit up front. Into a dedicated project account, separate from ours. Trades are paid from it as the work gets done.
Design and engineering Some contractors offer it; otherwise you find and coordinate your own. We bring in designers, architects and engineers when the project needs them, and keep them on the same schedule.
Who do you call? Each contractor, about their part of the job. One person managing the whole project, with regular updates whether you ask or not.

One fee, agreed before anything starts

  • A single management fee. It's a set percentage of your project cost, written into your agreement before work begins.
  • You see where every dollar goes. Trade payments come out of your project account, so the money is always traceable.
  • Free walkthrough and written plan. You'll know the scope, timeline and budget before you commit to anything.

Who you'll be working with

Asher and Tyler started Blue Sky in 2025 to make renovating less stressful for homeowners.

AF

Asher Foonberg

Co-founder

Asher brings four years of property management experience to Blue Sky, so he knows what holds up in a home and what doesn't. Away from work he's mountain biking, fly fishing, cooking, or watching the Broncos. Fun fact: at 12, he came one spot away from making MasterChef Junior, undone by a single egg. He's been getting the details right ever since.

TW

Tyler Weitzenfeld

Co-founder

Tyler runs the business side of every project, from budgets and agreements to keeping clients in the loop. Outside of work he stays active with sports and the gym, and he's an avid skier and fisherman. His most memorable catch was a 12-foot tiger shark weighing around 800 pounds, so a tricky remodel doesn't rattle him much.

What homeowners say

Every review is from a real client project.

★★★★★

“From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and incredibly efficient. The turnaround time exceeded our expectations, and the project was completed much faster than we anticipated without sacrificing quality. … There were no surprises, no unexpected costs, and everything was completed exactly as discussed.”

Amir M., Poughkeepsie Dr, Colorado Springs
★★★★★

“I used Blue Sky Renovations to take care of a punch list at our house. They did an amazing job. Was very communicative and reliable. They are also reasonably priced. Would 100% use again!”

Ann Marie, Denver
★★★★★

“Asher did a great job. He put a frame around my Tv and added a butcher block board to a rolling rack that is now great for outdoor entertainment. Really a nice guy.”

Common questions

Don't see yours? Call or text 303-905-8477.

Do you take on small jobs?

Yes. Punch lists, a single room or a handful of repairs are all welcome. Small jobs get the same communication and follow-through as a full remodel.

What does an owner's representative do?

We manage your renovation on your behalf. That means defining the scope, finding and vetting the right trades, scheduling them, checking the work, tracking the budget and keeping you updated. You make the decisions; we handle everything needed to carry them out.

How do you charge?

We charge a single management fee, set as a percentage of the project cost and written into your agreement before any work begins. Your project funds are held in a dedicated account, and trades are paid from it as the work is completed.

Are the trades insured?

Yes. Every trade we bring onto a project is required to carry insurance before they start work.

How long will my project take?

It depends on scope. A punch list might take a few days, while a kitchen or full-home update can run several weeks or more. You'll get a timeline in your written plan before you commit, and we'll tell you right away if anything changes it.

Do I need a designer?

Not always. Many projects are straightforward. When yours would benefit from a designer, architect or engineer, we'll bring the right one in and keep them on the same schedule as everyone else.

What areas do you serve?

The Denver metro and the Front Range, including Cherry Creek, Washington Park, Greenwood Village, Cherry Hills Village, Englewood, Centennial, Lakewood, Aurora, Parker, Westminster and Colorado Springs.
